A Constant Contact Sign-up Form that is simple to setup AND looks good! This simple form will take your visitors email and send them to Constant Contact to complete the signup process. We’ve added a few parameters to customize the form to your liking.
Since version 1.2.0, you can change the label color and font (using Google Web Fonts)
