convertEXCHANGERATES is a virtuemart currency plugin that support lots of currencies by using the currency exchange rates from www.exchange-rates.org. This plugin takes care of your server health by implementing cache, so there is only 1 connection to the currency server and the rest is cached.
Install Instructions: Just download it and install it using joomla installer
