This Shipping Plugin for Virtuemar is a modification of the original plugin of weights and countries but allows to enter a percentage on the total price of the purchase of a fixed total.
By this way you will be able to establish some costs in function of the final value of the cart.
It works with Virtuemart 2.0 and Joomla 1.5 and Joomla 2.5.
