The DrupalCon Chicago organizing committee is pleased to announce the selection sessions from proposals submitted by the Drupal community. Drawn from nearly 350 publicly-submitted session proposals, these sessions represent the full breadth and depth of the community’s knowledge and expertise.
While the sessions announced today represent the bulk of the session program, some additional sessions will be added over the coming week. The complete and finalized session schedule will be announced in mid-January, 2011. DrupalCon Chicago will be held March 7-10, 2011.
DrupalCon Chicago will feature content in six session tracks, including design and user experience, coding and development, implementation and configuration, theming, business and strategy, and community. Sessions are targeted at users of all levels, from those new to Drupal to the most seasoned veterans of the community.
These sessions join the previously announced keynotes by Dries Buytaert, Clay Shirky, and Jared Spool, as well as a wealth of content that will be offered via pre-conference training sessions, Day Stage, Birds of a Feather sessions, Core Conversations, sprints, and more. The finalized session schedule will be announced in mid-January, 2011.
Early Bird tickets for DrupalCon Chicago are available now through January 14 for $350 per person, or $370 with a ticket to the official after-party at Chicago’s Field Museum of Natural History. Starting January 15, the base ticket price will increase to $400. You can purchase your ticket today at: http://chicago2011.drupal.org/
