WMT Basic Carousel (responsive) is a free Joomla Module. This Joomla extension has administrator back-end component where you can configure display of WMT Basic Carousel, and with Joomla Module which you need to publish to desired module position in order to display Basic Carousel on your Joomla website.
In administrator back-end you have option to upload images, assign URL, target and rel to every image in carousel.
